Information we collect

When you submit a consultation request, NJCAT may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, requested services, scheduling preferences, and property details.

How information is used

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare or discuss an inspection scope, coordinate scheduling, provide requested sample-report information, and communicate about your request.

Optional email updates

If you separately subscribe to NJCAT Property Intelligence, we collect your email address, optional first name, selected property interest, signup source, consent wording and date, subscription status, and a secure unsubscribe identifier. We use that information to send property education, inspection updates, and occasional offers. Subscribing is optional and is not required to purchase services or submit an inspection request. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link.

Calls and text messages

If you opt in, NJCAT may call or text you about your inspection request. Consent is not required to purchase services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

Service providers

NJCAT may use service providers to process website forms, email, scheduling, reporting, and communications. Information is shared only as needed to provide those services or comply with law. NJCAT does not sell subscriber information.

Information choices
